What To Expect.
Welcome to our coaching program! We offer private one-on-one lessons lasting approximately 1.5 hours, where you'll receive personalized coaching in shot put, discus, and hammer throw for just $60.

​If you prefer a group setting, we also provide group lessons for 3-5 participants at a cost of $45, allowing you to learn alongside others still benefiting from expert guidance.
We proudly work with athletes of all age groups and offer additional services, including personalized lifting plans to complement your training. All implements and Throwing facilities are in the price ensuring you have everything you need for effective practice. Join us and take your to the next level!
